Subscriptions Built Into Your Checkout
The extension adds subscription options directly to your product pages and checkout flow. Customers choose between one-time purchase and subscription, select their billing frequency, and check out normally. NetSuite creates the subscription record and handles all subsequent billing automatically.
Automated Recurring Billing
NetSuite processes payments on the defined schedule. Failed payments trigger automatic retries with configurable retry logic and customer notifications.
Customer Self-Service
Subscribers manage their own subscriptions through My Account. They can pause, cancel, change frequency, or update payment methods without contacting support.
Full NetSuite Integration
Subscription records, invoices, and payments all live in NetSuite. No external subscription platform needed. Your existing reports and workflows apply.

Built on NetSuite's Subscription Billing
The extension leverages NetSuite's native subscription billing module. We configure subscription items, billing schedules, and pricing tiers within NetSuite, then extend SuiteCommerce's frontend to expose these options at checkout.
Because everything runs through NetSuite's standard billing engine, your existing financial reports, revenue recognition rules, and accounting workflows all work with subscription revenue out of the box.
